As a bride and groom who knew nothing about weddings (seriously, I don’t think either of us ever thought we’d have a wedding, let alone planning the size of wedding we ended up having) - we cannot sing the praises of Carolina Love Events enough. Our venue Castle Ladyhawke recommended Nikki and her team as the best to help us plan not only all the details of a wedding but also coordinate for the unique needs of this majestic location nestled up a mountain. We were so grateful to Nikki who held our hand through every step of what for us was about a year long planning process. We were worried about being overwhelmed by decision fatigue but Nikki made sure to structure decisions one at a time based on her in-depth knowledge of local wedding vendors and how far in advance we would need to contract. She always made sure to understood our vision (or really, helped us to understand our vision) then provided a thoughtful list of recommendations for us to further research and explore on our own time which really helped make the whole process smooth and as stress free as possible. Kristy and her staff at Carolina love events did an incredible job corrdinatint our wedding day . Being from out of state and the hurricane that asheville was still repairing from made finding vendors a tad tricky , Kristy made sure that everything we ever envisioned for our special day became a reality down to hiring actors dressed as Harry Potter characters to come and dance / entertain our guests . Our qeddibt was magical and it was all because of Carolina Love events :)

I came across Carolina Love Events after booking with Castle Ladyhawke because I saw in some cases they require a wedding planning service. I knew I wanted to be very hands on with the planning process but once we had a plan in place, I need someone to take it and execute it flawlessly. I am so lucky that Nikki with Carolina Love Events was that person. She gave me clear timelines and instructions, set realistic expectations when it came to the day-of timeline (wedding time is so very real) and took the lead when the time came with all my vendors to make sure everything was in place on time and flowed nicely the day of. She also was incredibly helpful in giving some great suggestions for vendors like our get-away car which is something we didn't initially plan for but are so glad that we did. In the photos below (she is in the gold), fearlessly leading our rehearsal and giving our bouquet honorees the bouquet which I honestly don't even remember giving to someone or putting down. Carolina Love Events took my vision (which was little more than a small Pinterest board) and turned it into an absolute fairytale. I cannot thank them enough for how beautiful and perfect our wedding was. My husband and I could not be happier with how everything went, and our guests agree. A family friend even told us that this was the best run wedding she had ever been to! We purchased the partial planning package, and found that it was a great fit for us. Debbie provided the support we needed with coordinating vendors, designing decor, and organizing fine details while still allowing us to be involved with negotiating contracts and making the bigger decisions. Throughout the planning process and day-of, Debbie worked seamlessly with our venue (Castle Ladyhawke) to keep everything on track, allowing us to be in the moment and enjoy our day to the fullest. We cannot recommend Carolina Love Events highly enough!
